废机油残留物在沥青混合料中的应用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 为了分析废机油残留物(re-refined engine oil bottom,REOB)在沥青混合料中的应用情况,对近年来REOB在沥青混合料中的应用研究成果进行总结分析。在详细梳理掺有REOB的沥青及其混合料性能研究现状的基础上,分析了REOB的物化性质,论述了REOB对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响,总结了目前REOB在沥青中应用所面临的问题及未来的发展趋势。分析表明:REOB可用于软化和调和沥青材料,其掺量对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响较大。适量的REOB(约10%)可以改善沥青的低温性能,对老化沥青混合料具有较好的再生效果;但过量的REOB(>15%)会使沥青的流变性能降低,加速沥青的老化,降低沥青混合料的低温抗裂性。 In order to review the research progress on application of re-refined engine oil bottom(REOB)in asphalt mixture,the results of the application of REOB in asphalt mixture in recent years were summarized and analyzed.Based on a detailed review of the research status of asphalt and asphalt mixtures mixed with REOB,the physicochemical properties of the REOB were analyzed,and the influence of REOB on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixtures was discussed.The problems in the application of REOB in asphalt and the development trend in the future were introduced.The results show that the REOB can be used to soften asphalt materials,and its content has a great influence on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixtures.An appropriate amount of REOB(about 10%)can improve the low temperature performance of asphalt and have a better regeneration effect on aging asphalt mixture,but excessive REOB(more than 15%)will reduce the rheological properties of asphalt,accelerate the aging of asphalt and reduce the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt mixture.
