摘要
针对目前颅骨修补手术中手工塑形医用钛网存在手术暴露时间长、反复塑形、颅骨曲率吻合度差和对临床医生手工水平要求较高等问题,提出了微钢珠软凹模成形和3D打印相结合的技术方式,实现了医用钛网的个性化塑形。采用Dynaform软件对医用钛网的软凹模成形过程进行模拟,预测可能出现的拉裂和起皱;分析不同冲压参数对成形质量的影响,并设计正交试验确定医用钛网塑形工艺优化参数。结果表明,当压边间隙为0.72 mm、凹模圆角半径为6 mm、摩擦系数为0.125时,可有效控制材料的起皱和过分减薄问题,钛网塑形效果好。
In order to solve the problems of long exposure time,repeated shaping,poor skull curvature fit and higher requirements for clinicians’manual level in the current skull repair surgery,a technical method of combining micro steel ball soft concave forming and 3D printing was proposed to realize the personalized shaping of medical titanium mesh.Dynaform software was applied to simulate the soft concave forming process of medical titanium mesh to predict the possible cracking and wrinkling;the influence of different stamping parameters on the forming quality was analyzed;and the orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the molding process optimization parameters of medical titanium mesh.The results show that when the blank holder gap is 0.72 mm,with the radius of die fillet 6 mm and the friction coefficient 0.125,the wrinkle and over thinning of the material could be effectively controlled,and the shaping effect of titanium mesh is good.
