摘要
当机体受到病原体侵袭时,中性粒细胞、单核细胞及巨噬细胞会快速的被募集到炎症部位,启动抗炎过程。肝素结合蛋白(HBP)作为一种由中性粒细胞衍生的多功能蛋白,具有抗炎、促炎及免疫调节作用。且被证实可预测疾病的严重程度及发展趋势。本文综述了HBP的结构特点、功能及其在临床感染中的研究进展。
When the body is attacked by a pathogen,the neutrophils,monocytes and macrophages can be quickly recruited to the inflammation site,and start the anti-inflammatory process.Heparin-binding protein(HBP),as a multifunctional protein derived from neutrophils,has anti-inflammatory,inflammatory and immune modulation effects.And it has been confirmed that HBP can predict the severity and development of infectious diseases.This article reviews the structure,function of HBP,and the clinical research progress about HBP in infectious diseases.
