他汀在冠心病患者中的临床应用进展

流行病学调查显示,我国的冠心病发病率呈现逐年增高趋势,他汀作为调脂类药物在冠心病治疗中应用广泛,也取得了良好的治疗效果。冠心病患者大多需要兼顾其他合并症的治疗,在联合用药治疗过程中,他汀的有效性、安全性值得给予更多的关注;更需要重视药物相互作用是否会带来更多他汀相关性药物不良反应;这是临床药师应该重点关注的问题。在临床实践中应避免选用同样需要经过细胞色素P 450的同工酶P3A4代谢的药物,监测他汀使用过程中肝功能、肌酶水平,将不良反应降至最低水平,提高他汀应用的安全性。

Epidemiological investigation shows that the incidence of coronary heart disease in China is increasing year by year.As lipid-regulating drugs,statins have been widely used in treatment of coronary heart disease,and good therapeutic results have been achieved.Most patients with coronary heart disease need to take into account the treatment of other complications.In the process of combined treatment,the effectiveness and safety of statins deserve paying much attention,and much attention should be paid to whether drug interaction will lead to more adverse reactions of statins-related drugs,which is a problem that clinical pharmacists should pay much attention to.In clinical practice,it is necessary to avoid the application of drugs that also require the metabolism of isozyme P3A4 through cytochrome P450,monitor the liver function and myozyme level during the use of statins,reduce the adverse reactions to the lowest level,and improve the safety of statin application.
