Research on the Protection of Librarians’Rights and Interests in the New Era

随着信息网络技术在图书馆的广泛应用,新时期图书馆的服务模式、读者需求发生了很大变化。依据新时期图书馆馆员权益的理解,图书馆员权益保障出现了新的变化。分析新时期图书馆员权益保障缺失的原因,探讨图书馆员权益保障的策略,以期推动新时期图书馆的转型发展、提高图书馆的服务层次与水平。

With the wide application of information network technology in the library,great changes have taken place in the service mode and reader demand of Library in the new era.According to the understanding of librarians’rights and interests in the new era,the protection of librarians’rights and interests has changed.This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of protection of the rights and interests of librarians in the new era,and probes into the strategies for the protection of the rights and interests of the librarians,so as to promote the transformation and development of the library in the new era,and improve the service level of the library.
