摘要
在线教学中,师生时空分离为学习者个性化发展提供了无限可能。同时,通过对大量的在线教学研究发现,师生之间、同伴之间“隔屏相望”的线上沉默现象比较严重。我们需要从学生、教师、线上课堂氛围进行成因分析。为了有效解决在线消极沉默的问题,教师应该混合不同的教学组织形式,竭力塑造复合的教学风格,完善学生愿意参与的线上课堂激励机制;学生需要丰富自身的知识基础,提高自我认同感与线上效能感,师生共同营造你—我型师生关系和良好的在线课堂氛围。
In online teaching,the separation of teachers and students in time and space provides unlimited possibilities for learners’personalized development.At the same time,we can’t ignore the phenomenon that during the epidemic period there is online silence among teachers,students,and peers,which is more and more serious in online teaching.Students’online silence has both positive and negative effects on online education.It is necessary to analyze the causes of students’online silence from the perspectives of students,teachers and online classroom atmosphere.In order to effectively solve the problem of online passive silence,teachers should mix different forms of teaching organization to shape a composite teaching style,which can improve the participation of learners and shape an incentive mechanism in the online classroom that students are willing to take part in.Students should enrich their own knowledge to improve self-identity and online self-efficacy.Teachers and students need jointly create a“you-me”relationship between teachers and students,rendering a good online classroom atmosphere.
