珠海横琴天沐琴台超限结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 珠海横琴天沐琴台项目为超长、超限建筑,地下室最大长度约465m,最大宽度约204m。地上分为两个结构单元,分别采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构和钢筋混凝土框架结构。对结构受力特点和超限情况进行阐述。采用多种有限元软件对小震、中震、大震及风荷载作用下的结构及构件性能进行分析。分析结果表明,通过采取合理的加强措施,结构及构件能够满足设定的抗震性能目标。同时,对结构的超长无缝设计进行了较为详细的论述和分析,并采取了一系列的设计及施工措施。 Hengqin Tianmu Qintai in Zhuhai project is a super-long and out-of-code building with a maximum basement length of 465m and a maximum width of 204m.There are two structural units above the ground,which are reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure and reinforced concrete frame structure respectively.The structural mechanism characteristics and out-of-code conditions were illustrated.A variety of finite element softwares were used to analyze the structure and component performance under the action of frequent,fortification,rare earthquakes and wind loads.The analysis results show that the structure and components can meet the set seismic performance target with reasonable strengthening measures.At the same time,the super-long seamless design of the structure was discussed and analyzed in detail,and a series of design and construction measures were adopted.
