组合角钢改进型屈曲约束支撑试验研究及数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 自主研制出一种组合角钢改进型屈曲约束支撑,其具有自重轻、构造简单、造价低等特点。通过对比不同填充材料、不同无粘结材料屈曲约束支撑的试验研究,分析其滞回性能、拉压不平衡系数以及耗能系数等力学参数,并运用有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟。研究结果表明,组合角钢改进型屈曲约束支撑的滞回曲线饱满且稳定,耗能良好,拉压差最小,各项性能参数均满足《建筑消能减震技术规程》(JGJ297—2013)的要求,具有较高的应用价值。轻骨料混凝土对支撑耗能影响较小,无粘结材料的摩擦系数对支撑性能影响明显,摩擦系数越大,拉压差越大,耗能降低,对支撑端部产生不利影响。试验结果、理论计算与模拟结果吻合度较好。 An improved buckling restrained brace(BRB)of combined angle steel has been developed independently with the characteristics of light weight,simple structure and low cost.The BRB tests of different filling materials and different unbonded materials were compared,and the mechanical parameters such as hysteretic behavior,tension and pressure unbalance coefficient and energy dissipation coefficient were analyzed,and finite element software ABAQUS for numerical simulation was used.The results show that the hysteretic curve of BRB for combined angle steel is full and stable,and the energy consumption is good,and the tension and pressure difference is least.Besides,performance parameters meet the Technical specification for energy dissipation and shock absorption of buildings(JGJ 297—2013),and it has high value of application.The lightweight aggregate concrete has less influence on energy consumption of the support,and the friction coefficient of the unbonded material has obvious influence on the performance of the support,and the larger the friction coefficient is,the larger the tension and pressure difference,and the lower the energy consumption which has adverse effects on supporting ends.The experimental results agree well with the theoretical results and simulation results.
