摘要
根据起重机移动平台的需求指标,建立三维实体模型,通过AnsysWorkbench分析软件,对移动平台进行实际工况下的静力学分析和模态分析,通过静力学分析可以显示出整个移动平台的应力及变形情况,结果显示其强度和刚度均满足设计指标要求;通过模态分析,为电机选型及运输起重机的规格型号提供了依据和参考。
According to demand indexes of crane mobile platforms,a three-dimensional solid model is established,and the static analysis and modal analysis of mobile platforms under actual working conditions are carried out by using Ansys Workbench.The static analysis can show the stress and deformation of the whole mobile platform.Results show that its strength and stiffness meet relevant design requirements.Modal analysis can serve as a basis and reference for the type selection of motors and transport cranes.
