The spreader snag protection system of quayside container cranes can detect and avoid spreader snag accident,and can guarantee safety in operation.According to settings of spreader sang protection of a mass sensor,changes on stress wire ropes during spreader snag are analyzed,threshold values of suitable spreader snag protection program are optimized,the existing quality sensor system and main program control system are used,and logical protection programs are added to prevent spreader snag accidents from happening.
