摘要 依据北京轨道交通安全风险技术管理体系,总结其风险监控系统多年运行的经验,根据新形势下安全风险管控的实际需要,结合移动互联网、大数据、GIS等新技术,对风险监控系统进行升级设计,优化监控信息即时采集、标准化数据存储与统计、风险动态分析管控、自动化履约考核等监控系统功能,实现对安全风险信息采集、信息分析、预警发布、成果报送、效果评价、状态展示、履约考核等全过程的有效管控,提升北京轨道交通施工安全风险管理的实时性、快速性、标准化、精细化和闭环管理,安全风险监控管理的效率、效益由此也显著提高。 Based on the experience of the safety risk control system of the Beijing Metro over many years and, combined with the development of information technology, mobile Internet, and GIS, management and control at the construction stage can be achieved in risk information collection, information analysis, early warning release, results reporting, effect evaluation, risk status display, and performance assessment. The study innovatively proposes and realizes the core concepts of monitoring systems, such as the real-time collection of monitoring information, dynamic risk control, standardized data storage and statistics, and automatic performance assessment. It provides effective technological and management means for the safety risk management of Beijing rail transit construction and has certain reference significance for other similar projects.
