Countermeasure of Food Crime in Public Security Agency

民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全是重大民生问题,当前食品安全形势较为严峻,打击食品犯罪刻不容缓。公安机关要保持对食品犯罪的严打态势,建立健全有效打击食品犯罪的体制机制,顺畅“两法”衔接,规范案件移送工作,建立高效的检测检验鉴定制度和涉案物品特别是涉案危险物品处置机制;同时加强情报体系建设,夯实食品犯罪治理的基层基础工作,切实提高打击效能。

Food is life of the people,and food safety is the first priority.Food safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood.At present,the situation of food safety is relatively grim,so it is urgent to fight against food crimes.Public security agencies should crack down on food crimes heavy-handedly,establish and improve the system and mechanism of effectively cracking down on food crimes,smooth connections between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice,standardize transfer of cases,establish efficient inspection and identification systems and disposal mechanisms of involved articles,especially dangerous articles,at the same time,strengthen the construction of intelligence system,consolidate the basic work of food crime management at the grass-roots level to effectively improve the effectiveness.
