摘要 介绍了换热芯体结垢的国内外研究现状,对数据中心用间接蒸发冷却空调机组换热芯体结垢造成的危害进行了分析,并究其根本从水质、芯体材料和系统运行等方面分析了结垢原因,同时对现有的防除垢技术进行了归纳总结.整体上,从间接蒸发冷却空调机组的水质处理,换热芯体材料选择,布水方式改进,系统运行维护等方面给出了综合有效的应对措施,为解决数据中心用间接蒸发冷却空调机组换热芯体结垢的实际难题提供参考. The research status of scaling in the heat exchange core at home and abroad was introduced,the harm caused by scaling of the heat exchange core of the indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit is analyzed,and the root cause of the scaling is mainly analyzed from the aspects of water quality,core material and system operation,the existing anti-scaling and descaling technologies are summarized. On the whole,comprehensive and effective countermeasures are taken from the aspects of water quality treatment, heat exchange core material selection, water distribution method improvement,system operation and maintenance of indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit,so as to provide reference for solving the practical problem of indirect evaporative cooling heat exchange core scaling.
