摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,大型楼宇数量越来越多,大功率离心式冷水机组的功率等级也越来越高.现有低压驱动已很难适应现有大功率暖通空调系统需求.本文在分析传统空调机组异步定频、异步变频驱动方案特点的基础上,提出了一种大功率制冷机组高压永磁变频直驱系统方案,通过对比分析和试验测试,提出了系统可行优选解决方案.
With the development of China’s economy,the number of large buildings is increasing,and the power levels of high-power centrifugal chiller units are also getting higher and higher. The existing low-voltage drive has been difficult to adapt to the needs of existing high-power HVAC systems. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of asynchronous fixed-frequency and asynchronous variable-frequency drive schemes for traditional air-conditioning units,this paper proposes a high-voltage permanent magnet variable-frequency direct-drive system scheme for high-power refrigeration units. Through comparative analysis and experimental tests,a feasible and optimal solution for the system is proposed.
