冷水机组用永磁同步电机转子磁路选择

摘要 离心式冷水机组的能效水平较大程度上取决于压缩机电机的效率.本文基于280kW永磁电机技术要求,从电机设计限制因素着手出发,对转子磁路结构分别采用内置式和表面式建模仿真,通过分析两种不同结构方案的涡流损耗及效率对比,验证了内置式磁路结构的永磁电机可以提高离心式冷水机组的COP指标与IPLV指标. The efficiency level of centrifugal chiller depends on the efficiency of compressor motor to a greater extent. Based on the technical requirements of 280 KW permanent magnet motor,starting from the constrains of motor design,this paper adopts built-in and surface modeling and simulation respectively for the rotor magnetic circuit structure. By analyzing the eddy current loss and efficiency comparison of two different structural schemes,it is verified that the built-in permanent magnet motor with magnetic circuit structure can improve the cop index and IPLV index of centrifugal chiller.
