摘要
以龙牧801苜蓿植株干粉为材料,采用超声波辅助提取法,对影响苜蓿总黄酮含量的4个单因素的不同水平进行比较,以分析各因素对苜蓿总黄酮提取量的影响.结果表明,在4个单因素的不同水平下,物料比1∶30(g·mL^-1),乙醇体积分数70%,超声波浸提时间30 min,超声波功率180 W的条件下,苜蓿总黄酮提取量最大,为4.893 mg·g^-1.
The dry powder of Longmu 801 Alfalfa plants was used as material.Ultrasonic assisted extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from Alfalfa plants.In order to analyze the effects of various factors on the extraction of total flavonoids from Alfalfa plants.The results showed that,under the conditions of four single factors,material ratio of 1∶30(g·mL^-1),ethanol volume fraction of 70%,ultrasonic extraction time of 30 min and ultrasonic power of 180 W,the maximum extraction amount of Alfalfa flavonoids was obtained,which was 4.893 mg·g^-1.
