新时期下,建筑企业紧跟未来发展趋势,审视以往陈旧的管理模式,结合市场需求和建设要求等寻找到当中不足,借助EPC模式来对管理进行切实有效地改进,借助多角度调研来对多种不同制度做到完善,同时重视风险管理,使建设各项目能够有效进行。建筑企业基于投资规模的变化,在EPC模式的管理中有效应对管理中不断出现的问题,将自身定位进行明确,使理论与后续管理机制结合,让专业性增强,迎合建筑行业的前行需求。
In the new era,construction enterprises keep up with the future development trend,examine the old management mode,find out the shortcomings in combination with market demand and construction requirements,use the EPC model to effectively improve management,and use multi-angle research to improve the various different systems,while paying attention to risk management,so that the construction projects can be effectively carried out.Based on the changes in the scale of investment,construction enterprises effectively deal with the problems in the management of the EPC model,clarify their own positioning,and combine theory with subsequent management mechanisms,so as to enhance professionalism and meet the forward needs of the construction industry.
