对应急发射任务中质量管理问题的思考

Reflection on Quality Management in Emergency Launch Mission

当前,世界各国争相开展空间探测,太空安全问题日益成为关注焦点。在新时代,掌握航天器发射测控核心技术,是建设航天强国的现实需要。如何实现航天器快速发射、准确入轨并顺利执行任务,是需要重点关注的问题。本文尝试在项目管理思维框架下,分析航天应急发射任务中的质量管理问题,区分发射演练测试和发射实施两大阶段,对应急发射质量进行管理控制,以此抓住任务关键点,把控发射流程质量,保证应急发射任务顺利完成。

At present,countries all over the world are scrambling to carry out space exploration,the issue of space security has become an increasingly focus point.In the new era,mastering the core technology of spacecraft launch measurement and control is the practical need to building a space power.The problems should be paid close attention to are how to launch the spacecraft quickly,get into orbit accurately and carry out the mission smoothly.This paper attempts to analyze the quality management problems in space emergency launch mission under the framework of project management thinking,distinguish the two stages of launch exercise and test and launch implementation,and take actions to control the quality of emergency launch mission,so as to grasp the key points of the mission,control the quality of launch process,and ensure the smooth completion of emergency launch mission.
