一种楼梯栏杆侧装方案技术经济应用研究

Research on the Technical and Economic Application of a Side Mounting Scheme for Stair Railing

基于中国人民大学教学科研楼等4项工程,在已完成的结构楼板上楼梯栏杆按照原设计图纸安装方式时,导致梯段净宽不满足工程建设标准强制性条文的规定。利用改进的头脑风暴法及综合费用法,以技术先进性和经济合理原则,最终确定选择应用一种楼梯栏杆侧装方案为最优实施方案,并取得良好的实施效果。

Based on the teaching and research building of Renmin University of China and other four projects,when the stair railing on the completed structural floor is installed according to the original design drawings,the clear width of the stair section does not meet the requirements of the mandatory provisions of the engineering construction standards.Based on the advanced brainstorming method and comprehensive fee method,and with the principle of advanced technology and economic rationality,the final selection of a staircase railing side loading scheme is selected as the best implementation plan and good implementation results are achieved.
