Under the market economy environment,regional economic integration has more and more obvious advantages in breaking administrative barriers,optimizing market allocation and realizing win-win situation of regional economies.The real estate industry is the most sensitive perception of development opportunities in the process of regional economic integration,and its role in promoting regional economic growth is increasingly obvious.On this basis,this paper studies the impact of the real estate industry on regional economic development,and then puts forward effective countermeasures to optimize the regional economic development rely on the real estate industry,and give full play to the role of the real estate industry,so as to promote the development of regional economy.
