摘要
欧美国家轨道车辆制动系统管材有时采用美标管材,连接方式经常采用卡套连接方式。卡套预装压力是供应商提供的数值,他们仅提供了一个预装压力区间,但在实际操作过程中,发现使用这个区间内的压力数值,预装后的卡套有25%报废率,尤其是3/8寸和1/2寸管材。如果压力设置错误,这两种管材卡套预装报废率接近100%。为此,各生产部门需要确定具体卡套预装压力数值,以保证生产的正常进行,提高产品合格率。
American Standard pipes are sometimes used for brake system pipes of rail vehicles in European and American countries,and ferrule connection is often used.The pre-assembly pressure of ferrule is the value provided by the supplier.They only provided a pre assembly pressure range.However,in the actual operation process,it is found that the pre installed ferrule has a 25%scrap rate,especially for 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch pipes.If the pressure setting is wrong,the scrap rate of the two kinds of pipe ferrule is close to 100%.Therefore,each production department needs to determine the specific pre assembly pressure value of ferrule to ensure the normal production and improve the qualified rate of products.
