装配式混凝土建筑是一种新型的建筑模式,具有其他类型建筑具备的独特优势,可以减少施工所用的物力资源以及人力资源,符合目前可持续发展的基本要求,能够帮助建筑企业合理控制施工成本投入。影响装配式混凝土建筑施工质量的关键因素为管理模式,基于此,本文分析了装配式建筑的优势,并提出装配式混凝土建筑的新型建筑管理模式。

Prefabricated concrete building is a new type of building mode,which has the unique advantages of other types of buildings.It can reduce the material and human resources used in construction,meet the basic requirements of sustainable development,and help construction enterprises to control the construction cost reasonably.The key factor affecting the construction quality of prefabricated concrete is the management mode.Based on this,this paper analyzes the advantages of prefabricated buildings and puts forward a new construction management mode for prefabricated concrete buildings.
