实施精益生产可以实现连续生产并减少生产过程中的浪费。根据精益生产原理,分析了轿车防滑链推式生产过程,确定了生产过程中常见的浪费现象。通过改进工艺和设备、优化工作区域、制定标准作业和工作时间,设计并构建了轿车防滑链精益生产线。实践表明生产周期缩短,操作人员减少,生产浪费减少,生产线生产效率得到有效提高,生产成本降低。

Implementing the principles of lean production enables continuous flow production and helps to reduce waste in production.The push production of snow chain for car was studied and the most common wastes in a production system were found based on the principles of lean production.Lean production line of snow chain for car was designed and constructed through the improvement of production process and equipment,optimizing work area,designing standard work order and work time.The practice shows that the production cycle time and the number of operators are eminently reduced,the production waste is greatly less,the production efficiency of the production line is effectively improved,and the production cost is lower.
