本文系统阐述青藏高原低涡的演变东移机理、青藏高原低涡的演变机理、多尺度变化及其对全球地震活动的制约关系。
This paper systematically elaborates the eastward shifting mechanism of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau vortex,the evolution mechanism of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau vortex,multi-scale changes and its constraints on global seismic activity.
