一起油田电网故障处理时同期并网事故的分析

摘要 塔河油田电网因一条输电线路故障跳闸变成孤网,通过另一条输电线路进行同期并网操作时,发生了非同期并网,导致事故扩大化,造成油田大面积停电。表面上看,同期装置故障是事故原因,但通过事故调查发现,调度员的错误调度命令是主要原因。本文将详细介绍事故发生经过和开展的事故调查,提出相关建议和技术改造,对其他具有相同情况的电网具有参考意义。 This paper analyzes an accident of synchronization grid connection which was happened in oil field’s power grid.Because of the tripping of one transmission line in the power grid,the power grid was becoming isolated.When the other transmission line was operated of synchronization grid connection,the accident of asynchronous connection was happened,the accident was expanded,it caused a large area power failure.On the surface,the reason of accident is synchronous device failure.When the investigation was conducted,the main reason was the wrong dispatching command of the dispatcher.This paper will introduce the process of the accident and the investigation in detailed,advance some proposals and take technical transformation.Other similar power grids can use this accident for reference.
