摘要
以乐华城特拉福德中心一期采光顶屋盖钢结构工程为背景,研究平面桁架与单层网壳组合结构采光顶安装施工技术。通过分析结构特性与施工条件,综合对比地面拼装法和分块安装法,结合两种施工方法的优点对结构不同部位采取不同的安装方法,在保证施工安全的前提下提高效益。用Midas Gen计算结构安装施工过程中的变形与应力并与设计要求进行对比,分析结果表明安装施工方案安全可行,为后期同类型钢结构的施工积累了宝贵的经验。
Taking the first phase of the lighting roof steel structure project of the Trafford Centre in Lewa City as the background,research on the installation and construction technology of the plane truss and single-layer lattice shell combined structure lighting roof.By analyzing the structural characteristics and construction conditions and comparing the ground assembly method and the block installation method,combining the advantages of the two construction methods and adopting different installation methods for different parts of the structure,improving the efficiency under the premise of ensuring the safety of construction.Midas Gen was used to calculate the deformation and stress during the installation and construction of the structure and compared with the design requirements.The analysis results show that the installation and construction plan is safe and feasible.It has accumulated valuable experience for the later construction of the same type of steel structure.
