谈硅烷偶联剂对橡胶透水混凝土强度提升效果 被引量:2

摘要 橡胶透水混凝土是一种新型材料,不仅具有优秀的透水性能,同时也能够回收利用废旧橡胶,但其主要缺陷在于强度较低,不能承受较重交通荷载。使用硅烷偶联剂对废旧橡胶颗粒进行改性处理,制作试件对材料的7 d立方体抗压强度、28 d立方体抗压强度和28 d立方体劈裂抗拉强度进行测试,对硅烷偶联剂的改性效果进行了研究。分析结果表明:废旧橡胶颗粒的加入会极大地降低透水混凝土的强度,降幅超过50%;使用硅烷偶联剂对废旧橡胶颗粒进行改性处理,材料的强度降低较少,能够满足使用需求,具有实用价值。 Rubberized pervious concrete is a new kind of material,which not only has excellent water permeable property,but also can recycle and reuse waste rubber,however,its main drawback is that it has low strength and cannot bear heavy traffic load.In this study,silane coupling agent was used to modify the waste rubber particles,and samples were made to test the 7 d cube compressive strength,28 d cube compressive strength and 28 d cube splitting tensile strength of the material,so as to study the modification effect of silane coupling agent.The results indicate that:The strength of permeable concrete can be greatly reduced by more than 50%with the addition of waste rubber particles;by using silane coupling agent to modify the waste rubber particles,the strength of the material can be reduced less,can meet the needs of use,has practical value.
