摘要
结合盐通铁路EPC总承包项目管理实例,阐述了设计院作为EPC总承包单位的优势,包括设计的龙头优势,设计与施工的深度融合,设计技术创新等。同时分析总包项目管理过程中存在的问题及原因,并提出了相关改进建议,包括转变角色合作共赢、优化设计提升品质、培养人才健全机制,可为其他铁路EPC总承包项目提供参考与借鉴。
Taking EPC management practice of Yancheng-Nantong railway as an example,this paper expounds the advantages of the design institute as the EPC general contractor,including the leading advantages of design,the deep integration of design and construction,design technology innovation,etc..At the same time,it analyzes the problems and causes in the management process,and puts forward relevant suggestions,including change roles,win-win cooperation,optimize design,improve quality,train talents and perfect mechanism.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for other EPC management of railway projects.
