新时代基础教育评价改革的大数据赋能与路向 被引量:50

On the Reform of Basic Education Evaluation in the New Era from the Perspective of Big Data

摘要 大数据正在成为推动教育系统颠覆性创新与变革的科学力量,包括教育在内的整个领域都将在这一力量潮流推动下发生深刻机理变革。大数据赋能新时代基础教育评价改革是破除“五唯”教育评价痼疾,落实立德树人和办人民满意教育的必然选择;传统课堂教学联姻教育信息技术,建设智慧校园的迫切需要;过滤与挖掘隐含教育信息和规律,满足学生个性化学习的应然要求等诉求。然而,现实却面临着考试大数据理念异化,迟滞教育评价观的科学树立;教师信息技术能力羸弱,冲击评价改革的师资保障;数据教学资源分化,加剧教育不公平取向的发生;数据价值理性备受忽视,规约评价改革的功效发挥等问题。针对问题,该文提出厘清传统考试价值观念,构建大数据赋能的基础教育评价观;消解教师技术能力的担忧,完善评价改革的智力支持;合理搭建数据资源平台,满足学生综合素质评价诉求;准确把握大数据评价价值旨归,驱动教育评价体系重构等建议。 Big Data is becoming the scientific force driving disruptive innovation and change in the education system,a force that will transform the entire field,including education.The reform of basic education evaluation in the new era of big data empowerment is an inevitable choice to break the chronic disease of“five-only”education evaluation,carry out moral cultivation,set up people and Manage People’s satisfaction education;It is urgent to construct intelligent campus,to filter and excavate the hidden,including the educational information and rules,and to meet the needs of students’individualized learning.However,they are faced with the alienation of the big data idea in the examination,the scientific establishment of the educational evaluation view,the weak information technology ability of the teachers,the impact on the teachers’guarantee of the evaluation reform,the differentiation of the data teaching resources,and the aggravation of the unfair orientation of the education The rationality of data value has been neglected,and the effectiveness of the evaluation reform has been brought into play.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward to clarify the traditional examination values,construct the basic education of big data empowerment,improve teachers’data literacy,perfect the intelligence support of evaluation reform,and reorganize the pattern of data evaluation resources,to meet the demands of students’comprehensive quality,to regain the value of big data evaluation,and to drive the reconstruction of educational.
