摘要
目的:对迈康片的毒理安全性进行研究。方法:应用小鼠急性经口毒性实验评价迈康片的急性毒性;通过遗传三项实验评价其遗传毒性;通过大鼠的30 d喂养实验评价其亚急性毒性。结果:雌、雄小鼠经口急性毒性试验的最大耐受量>20.0 kg.bw,根据急性毒性分级,受试物属无毒级物质;三项遗传实验的结果与对照组比较均为阴性(P值均>0.05),受试物无致畸、致突变等遗传毒性作用;30 d喂养实验未见明显的亚急性毒性作用。结论:在本实验条件下,迈康片无急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性,是一种安全的保健食品。
Objective:Study on the toxicological safety of Maikang tablets.Methods:The acute toxicity of Maikang tablets was evaluated by acute oral toxicity test in mice,genetic toxicity was evaluated by three genetic tests,and subacute toxicity was evaluated by 30 day feeding test on rats.Results:The oral MTD was>20 g/kg.bw for both male and female mice,the toxic level was non-toxic.Compared with the control group,the results of the three genetic tests were both negative(P>0.05),and no teratogenic and mutagenic genotoxic effects were detected;no obvious subacute toxicity was found in the 30 day feeding test.Conclusion:Under the experimental conditions.Maikang tables was safe for no acute,mutagenic effect or sub-acute toxicity.
