摘要
验证R2A琼脂培养基替代营养琼脂、玫瑰红钠琼脂培养基应用于工艺用水微生物限度检查的可行性及R2A琼脂培养基平皿成品的有效期。方法:采用薄膜过滤法进行工艺用水微生物限度检查;对R2A琼脂培养基平皿进行培养基pH值、外观、适用性(灵敏度)和无菌性检查以确定有效期。结果:R2A培养基可应用于工艺用水微生物限度检查;所制成的平皿在验证实验所设计的时间点(100 d)内pH值、外观、灵敏度以及无菌性检查均合格。结论:R2A琼脂培养基可取代营养琼脂、玫瑰红钠琼脂培养基应用于工艺用水微生物的限度检查,平皿有效期可制定为90 d。
To verify the feasibility of using R2A AGAR medium as a substitute for nutrient AGAR and rose sodium AGAR medium in microbial limit test of process water and the validity of R2A AGAR medium plate product.Methods:The microbial limit of process water was checked by membrane filtration method.R2A AGAR medium plates were examined for medium pH,appearance,suitability(sensitivity),and sterility to determine validity.Results:R2A medium can be used for microbial limit test of process water.The prepared plates passed the pH value,appearance,sensitivity and sterility test at the time point(100 d)designed in the verification experiment.Conclusion:R2A AGAR medium can replace nutrient AGAR and rose sodium AGAR medium for microbial limit inspection in process water,and the expiration date of plate can be set as 90 days.
