Experimental Study on High Effect Integrated Technology in Advanced Treatment of Domestic Sewage

摘要 针对生活污水深度处理,研发出一套全自动高效集成净水系统。该系统测试样机处理水量为10 m3/h,双罐串联,包括运行和清洗过程。取污水处理厂二次沉淀池出水,经安装调试及稳定运行后,对出水进行测试。结果显示,悬浮物去除率为77.94%,CODCr去除率为19.11%,氨氮去除为25.52%,清水回收率为92.93%,运行成本约为0.13元/t。 A innovative High Effect Integrated Technology(HEIT)have been developed for advanced treatment of domestic sewage.The water treatment capacity of the test prototype for the High Effect Integrated Technology is 10 m3/h,two tanks are connected in series,including the operation and cleaning process.Take the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant,and test the effluent after installation,debugging and stable operation.The results showed that the suspended solids removal rate was 77.94%,the CODCr removal rate was 19.11%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 25.52%,the clean water recovery rate was 92.93%,and the operating cost was about 0.13 Yuan/t.
