摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精淫羊藿苷包合物对肝癌细胞SMCC-7721和Hep-G2细胞增殖能力的影响。方法:以不同终浓度的淫羊藿苷和β-环糊精淫羊藿苷包合物分别作用于SMMC-7721和Hep-G2细胞株,CCK8法检测其对SMMC-7721和Hep-G2细胞株的增殖影响。结果:不同剂量的淫羊藿苷和β-环糊精淫羊藿苷包合物对SMMC-7721细胞和Hep-G2细胞均有一定的增殖抑制作用,并呈明显的剂量依赖性,包合物对细胞的抑制效果明显。结论:β-环糊精淫羊藿苷包合物能够有效提高淫羊藿苷抑制SMMC-7721和Hep-G2增殖的能力。
To study the effect ofβ-cyclodextrin icariin inclusion compound on the proliferation of liver cancer cells SMCC-7721 and Hep-G2 Methods:The effects of icariin andβ-cyclodextrin icariin on the proliferation of SMMC-7721 and Hep-G2 cell lines were detected by CCK8 method.Results:Different doses of icariin andβ-cyclodextrin icariin inclusion compounds have a certain proliferation inhibitory effect on both SMMC-7721 cells and Hep-G2 cells,and they are dose-dependent.The inhibitory effect of cells is obvious.Conclusion:β-cyclodextrin icariin inclusion compound can effectively improve the ability of icariin to inhibit the proliferation of SMMC-7721 and Hep-G2.
