摘要
目的:探究从槐米中提取芦丁的最佳工艺条件。方法:以水作提取剂,采用碱提-酸沉法从槐米中提取芦丁,以芦丁的提取率及含量为指标,探究提取时间、提取次数、pH值等因素对芦丁提取效果的影响。结果:将槐米粉碎至粗粉,碱提取pH值为8,提取2次,每次20 min,酸沉淀pH值为4时,提取效果最好,芦丁粗品产率为25.73%,含量为90.2%。对芦丁粗品进行纯化,其纯化产率为69%,含量为99.6%。结论:本实验采用单因素分析法对芦丁的提取工艺进行优化,不仅收率较高,且成本低、易操作。
Objective:to explore the optimum extraction conditions of Rutin from Sophora japonica.Methods:Rutin was extracted from Sophora japonica by alkali extraction acid precipitation method with water as extraction agent.The effects of extraction time,extraction times and pH value on Rutin Extraction were investigated with the extraction rate and content of rutin as index.Results:The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the pH value of alkali extraction was 8,the extraction time was 20 minutes,and the pH value of acid precipitation was 4.The yield and content of rutin were 25.73%and 90.2%,respectively.The crude rutin was purified,and the purified yield was 69%and the content was 99.6%.Conclusion:In this experiment,single factor analysis was used to optimize the extraction process of rutin,which not only has high yield,but also has low cost and easy operation.
