侵袭性真菌病非培养诊断技术的现状及进展 被引量:2

摘要 侵袭性真菌常导致致死性感染,病死率极高,会对患者健康造成极大的威胁。因此早期、快速诊断是侵袭性真菌感染患者得到有效治疗、降低死亡率的关键。本文依据目前国内外相关文献报道,将应用于侵袭性真菌感染的主要非培养诊断技术的现状及研究进展进行阐述。 Invasive fungi often cause fatal infections with a very high case fatality rate,which poses a great threat to the health of patients.Therefore,early and rapid diagnosis of invasive fungal infection is the key to effective treatment and mortality degradation.Based on the current domestic and foreign related literature reports,this article will explain the current status and research progress of the main non-culture diagnostic techniques applied to invasive fungal infections.The common fungal infection detection techniques mainly include fungal culture technology and non-culture technology.Due to the limitations of culture technology and environment requirements,and generally longer culture time,fungal culture technology is no longer sufficient to meet clinical needs.Presently many studies have proved that the serological diagnosis of 1,3-β-D-glucan test and galactomannan test and other monitoring indicators can be used for the early diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.And non-culture technology is suitable for laboratory application,and continuous monitoring has certain guiding significance for clinical medication.
