摘要
天津中信城市广场首开区地下室平面尺寸为528m×73m,为超长地下结构,采用逆作法施工。桩基方案选型优化确定采用框架柱与临时立柱相结合的"一柱一桩"方案,对逆作结构连接的关键节点进行了分析,考虑了超长结构的温度效应,并采取相应的设计措施。工程监测结果表明,结构沉降均匀稳定,楼板未出现明显的温度裂缝,达到了设计预期。
The plan size of the basement in the First Phase Project of Tianjin CITIC City Plaza is 528 m×73 m. It is an ultra-long basement structure and was constructed by top-down construction method. The selection of pile foundation scheme was optimized and determined to adopt the "one column one pile" scheme combining frame columns and temporary columns. The key nodes of the top-down structure connection were analyzed, the temperature effect of the ultra-long structure was considered, and corresponding design measures were taken. The engineering monitoring results show that the structural settlement is uniform and stable, and there are no obvious temperature cracks in the floor, which meet the design expectations.
