摘要
随着运行条件的日渐苛刻,燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油在轴瓦上的结焦有增加的趋势。为了解决燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油的结焦问题,对抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油进行了研制。通过对加氢基础油及油溶性聚醚的性能进行分析,用旋转氧弹试验对复合抗氧剂进行考察,研制了一款VG46黏度等级的半合成抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油。半合成抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油由半合成基础油(加氢基础油+油溶性聚醚),1.7%的复合抗氧剂(0.2%高分子酚+1.5%二壬基二苯胺)和0.3%的硫代磷酸盐抗磨剂组成,其典型的理化数据为黏度指数130,闪点(开口)240℃,空气释放值(50℃)2.0 min,抗乳化性能(54℃)10 min,铜片腐蚀(100℃,3 h)1a,旋转氧弹试验1896 min。研制的半合成抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油的性能到达了拟定的技术指标,并且到达和/或超过了进口燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油的水平。结焦板模拟试验表明,研制的半合成抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油的抗结焦性能优于进口燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油。实际应用表明,研制的半合成抗结焦型燃气/蒸汽涡轮机油能够满足燃气/蒸汽涡轮机润滑和抗结焦的要求。(图6表4参考文献5)
With the increasing of strict operating conditions,the coking of gas/steam turbine lube on the bearing shells was increasing.In order to solve the coking problem of gas/steam turbine lube,the anti-coking gas/steam turbine lube was developed.The performance of hydrogenated Stocks and oil-soluble polyether were analyzed,and the compound antioxidant was investigated by rotating oxygen bomb test.A semi-synthetic anti-coking gas/steam turbine lube with VG46 viscosity grade was developed.The Semi-synthetic anti-coking gas/steam turbine lube was composed of semi-synthetic Stocks(hydrogenated Stocks+oil-soluble polyether),1.7%complex antioxidant(0.2%high molecular phenol+1.5%dinonyl diphenylamine)and 0.3%thiophosphate anti-wear additive.The typical physicochemical data were viscosity index 130,flash point(opening)240℃,air release value(50℃)2.0 min,demulsification resistance(54℃)10 min,copper corrosion(100℃,3 h)for 1a,and rotary oxygen bomb test for 1896 min.The performance of researched semi-synthetic anti-coking gas/steam turbine lube had reached the proposed technical specifications,and reached and/or exceeded the level of imported gas/steam turbine lube.The coking plate simulation test show edthat theanti-coking performance of the semi-syntheticanti-cokinggas/steam turbine lube was better than that of the imported gas/steam turbine lube.The practical application showed that the semi-synthetic anti-coking gas/steam turbine lube could meet the requirements of lubrication and anti-coking of gas/steam turbine(.Charts6 Tables4 References5)
