摘要 用提高加工精度的办法来降低轴承的噪音越来越困难,因此轴承润滑脂的降噪性能变得越来越重要。就润滑脂基础油,稠化剂及其纤维结构,添加剂和润滑脂清洁度等方面对润滑脂降噪性能的影响进行了综述。用环烷基油制备的润滑脂具有较好的噪音特性,而用聚α-烯烃(PAOs)或双酯制备的润滑脂噪音特性不佳。锂皂比铝皂及聚脲更有利于降低润滑脂的噪音。短纤维结构的稠化剂较长纤维结构的稠化剂有更好的噪音特性。纳米添加剂和聚合物添加剂有降低噪音的效果。润滑脂中5μm~10μm的颗粒杂质会使轴承产生噪音。展望未来,稠化剂的纤维结构将是低噪音轴承润滑脂的研究重点,低噪音润滑脂将向着耐高低温,长寿命的方向发展。(图0表0参考文献31) It was more and more difficult to reduce the bearings noise by improving the machining accuracy,so the noise reduction performance of bearing greases became more and more important.The effects of Stocks,thickeners and its fiber structure,additives and greases cleanliness on the noise reduction performance of greases were reviewed.The lubricating greases prepared from naphthenic oils had good noise characteristics,while the greases prepared with polyα-olefins(PAOs)or diesters had poor noise characteristics.Lithium soap was better than aluminum soap and polyurea in reducing greases noise.The thickeners with short fiber structure had better noise characteristics than thickeners with longer fiber structure.Nano-additives and polymer additives could reduce noise.The 5μm~10μm particle impurities in the greases would make the bearings noise.In the future,the fiber structure of thickeners would be the research focus of low noise bearings greases.Low noise greases would be developed in the direction of high and low temperature resistance and long life(.Charts0 Tables0 References31)
