滩涂光伏电站遭海水浸泡后组件失效分析

摘要 研究华北沿海地区某个受海水浸泡的滩涂光伏电站中组件失效情况,分别在电站现场和实验室进行检测,检测项目包括外观检查、电致发光(EL)、最大功率测量、绝缘测试、湿漏电流测试和电势诱导衰减(PID)试验,并对结果进行统计分析。检测结果发现:海水浸泡对组件性能造成一定的不良影响,15 天海水浸泡导致部分组件出现接线盒、二极管、接头损坏、玻璃破碎等失效,湿漏电流失效风险很高,但对最大功率和绝缘电阻的影响不大;此外,该项目海水浸泡前后的组件普遍均不具备抗PID 能力。 Failure of modules after seawater immersion of a tidal‑flat photovoltaic power station in the coastal area of North China is studied.Inspections are carried out in the power station site and laboratory for testing multiple items,including appearance inspection,electroluminescent(El),maximum power,insulation test,wet leakage current test and potential induced degradation(PID)test,and the results are statistically analyzed.The test results show that seawater immersion has a certain adverse effect on the performance of the modules.15‑day seawater immersion results in failure of some modules such as damages of junction boxes,diodes,and connectors,as well as broken glass,etc.The risk of wet leakage failure is quite high,but has limited impact on the maximum power and insulation resistance.In addition,the modules of the Project before and after seawater immersion generally do not have PID-resistant capability.
