摘要
在高压水合物环路装置上进行CO2水合物生成特性实验,探究其耗气量与初始实验压力、流量等因素的关系。研究发现:在初始实验压力4.5 MPa、反应温度3℃,流量1375 kg/h、管路含水5 L的条件下,管输流动体系下诱导时间在1500~1600 s之间;CO2水合物生长速率与耗气量随着初始实验压力的升高、反应温度的降低而增加;管路含水6 L时体系中CO2水合物生成诱导时间比5 L时延长500 s;流量为2000 kg/h时带来的高剪切作用对CO2水合物晶核的生长有抑制作用;温度变化引起耗气量的变化较压力变化引起耗气量的变化量小。
Experiment was carried out on the formation characteristics of CO2 hydrate on the high-pressure hydrate loop device to explore the relationship between the generated gas consumption of CO2 hydrate and the initial experimental pressure and flow rate.The results showed that,when the flow induction time was between 1500 s and 1600 s under the experimental conditions of initial experimental pressure of 4.5 MPa,reaction temperature of 3℃,flow rate of 1375 kg/h and 5 L water in pipeline,the growth rate and gas consumption of CO2 hydrate increased with the decrease of reaction temperature and the increase of initial experiment pressure;When the water content of pipeline was 6 L,the induction time of CO2 hydrate reaction started to end was 500 s longer than that of 5 L under the same experimental conditions;when the flow rate was 2000 kg/h,a high shear was brought to restrain the CO2 hydrate nucleation growth;temperature change had a small affecton gas consumption than pressure change.
