摘要
针对就地热再生技术,依托德昌高速公路维修案例为工程背景,探讨高速公路沥青路面预防性养护的质量控制措施。通过就地热再生过程中的温度散失规律总结出温度控制规律,并通过再生沥青混合料的级配、沥青含量和马歇尔指标综合评定就地热再生沥青路面养护技术的实效性。
In view of the hot in-place recycling technology,relying on the maintenance case of Dechang expressway as the engineering background,this paper discusses the quality control measures of preventive maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement.Based on the temperature loss law in the process of geothermal regeneration,the temperature control law is summarized,and the effectiveness of in situ recycling asphalt pavement maintenance technology is comprehensively evaluated through the gradation,asphalt content and Marshall index of recycled asphalt mixture.
