摘要
钢化夹胶玻璃的抗冲击性能是保证其安全应用的重要条件,通过建立钢化夹胶玻璃的石球冲击模型,对钢化夹胶玻璃在受冲击过程中的动态演化特征进行数值模拟,结果表明:玻璃受到冲击后,应力波从冲击点向四周传播,经界面反射的应力波在玻璃内部叠加。大约在0.0007s时冲击点出现应力峰值,随冲击速度成倍增大,峰值应力也成倍增加。
The impact resistance of tempered laminated glass is one of the important conditions to assure the safety of its application,through the establishment of tempered laminated glass ball impact model,the tempered laminated glass in the process of dynamic evolution characteristics of numerical simulation,the results show that the glass after shock,stress wave spread to all around,from the impact point by the interface reflection of stress wave on the glass inside the stack.At about 0.0007 s,the stress peak appears at the impact point.With the impact velocity doubling,the stress peak also doubles.
