活性物质改性膨润土对水泥基材料抗渗行为的影响研究

摘要 通过单一因素法研究了3种活性物质改性膨润土后对砂浆和混凝土抗渗性能的影响,结果表明:甲酸钙、硅酸钠和硫酸铝的最优掺量分别为0.8%、0.6%和0.8%,对应的砂浆透水压力分别为:1.6 MPa、1.4 MPa和1.7 MPa,混凝土渗透高度分别为:42 mm、53 mm、24 mm相对于对照组分别降低了47.5%、33.7%和70%,说明活性物质改性膨润土后可提高其对水泥基材料的抗渗性能,与此同时,从抗渗试块的断面形貌可以观察到,活性物质可极大提高混凝土内部的密实度,降低有害孔隙的数量。 The influence of three active substances modified bentonite on the impermeability of mortar and concrete was studied by single factor method.The results showed that the optimal content of calcium formate,sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate were 0.8%,0.6%and 0.8%,respectively,the corresponding mortar penetration pressures are 1.6 MPa,1.4 MPa,and 1.7 MPa,and the concrete penetration heights are:42 mm,53 mm,and 24 mm,respectively,which are 47.5%,33.7%and 70%lower than the control group,indicating that the active material modified bentonite can improve its impermeability to cement-based materials.At the same time,it can be observed from the cross-sectional morphology of the impermeable test block that the active substance can greatly increase the internal density of the concrete and reduce the number of harmful pores.
