ASA树脂混凝土抗压强度研究及免拆模板的试制 被引量:1

摘要 文中简要介绍了ASA树脂混凝土试制建筑板材的工艺及性能优势,主要研究了其抗压性能的影响因素,探讨集料粒径、ASA树脂用量等变量,结果表明在集料粒径低于3 mm和ASA树脂用量为集料质量的30%时,板材的抗压性能较好,可达35 MPa以上;以此配比进行免拆模板试制,样品性能能够达到设计指标要求。 This paper briefly introduces the technology and performance advantages of the trial production of ASA resin concrete building plate,mainly studies the influence factors of its compressive performance,discusses the aggregate particle size,ASA resin dosage and other variables,the results show that when the aggregate particle size is less than 3 mm and the ASA resin dosage is 30%of the aggregate mass,the compressive performance of the plate is better,which can reach more than 35 MPa;The performance of the sample can meet the requirements of design index.
