摘要
分析了人培的共性问题、编写思路;并以地下与隧道专业为例,阐述了人培的编制说明和基本信息,"1+X"证书贯穿于人培始终。鼓励学生在校期间获得职业资格证等其它职业资格证书。
His paper analyzes the common problems and compilation ideas of personnel training, and illustrates the compilation description and basic information of personnel training by taking underground and tunnel specialty as an example, and "1 + X" certificate runs through the whole process of personnel training. Students are encouraged to obtain professional qualification certificate and other professional qualification certificates during the period of school.
