壳聚糖是一种天然无毒碱性多糖,其资源丰富,来源广泛,且具有可再生、安全、易生物降解等优点。由于壳聚糖具有良好的抗氧化性能与广谱抑菌特性,故在农药、化工、农业、环保等领域具有广泛的作用。主要介绍了几种常见的壳聚糖定量分析方法,重点综述了壳聚糖在农业领域中的应用现状,并对壳聚糖分析与应用的前景进行展望,以期为壳聚糖在农业领域的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。

Chitosan is a natural abundant alkaline polysaccharide with a characteristic of renewable property, safe and biodegradable property. Chitosan has been widely used in many fields such as pesticide, chemical industry,agriculture and environmental protection due to its antibacterial property and antioxidant activity. In this paper,several common methods of chitosan quantitative analysis were introduced, and the application of chitosan in agriculture was reviewed. The prospect of chitosan analysis and application was prospected, the main purpose was to provide reference for further development and utilization of chitosan in the agricultural field.
