摘要
[目的]建立HPLC测定30%氟醚菌酰胺·吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮-悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用ZORBAX SB-C18反相柱,以甲醇-水(体积比80:20)为流动相,在波长240 nm条件下测定试样中氟醚菌酰胺和吡唑醚菌酯的含量。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺和吡唑醚菌酯的线性相关系数均为1,相对标准偏差分别为0.03%和0.07%,平均回收率分别为100.07%和99.86%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,适用于复配制剂中氟醚菌酰胺和吡唑醚菌酯的定量分析。
[Aims] The study aims to establish a HPLC method for determination of active ingredient contents in fluopimomide·pyraclostrobin 30% ZC. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of fluopimomide and pyraclostrobin in the samples was conducted with ZORBAX SB-C18 column as fixed phase and the mixture solution of methanol and water(80:20,by vol) as mobile phase by HPLC and UV detector at 240 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for fluopimomide and pyraclostrobin were both 1, the coefficients of variation were 0.03 and 0.07%, and the average recoveries were 100.07 and 99.86%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has advantages of simple, convenient,good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of fluopimomide and pyraclostrobin in formulation.
