摘要
"国际商法"课程不仅需要在理论教学中进行师生互动,更要求在实践教学中进行师生互动。结合硕士生"国际商法"课程教学互动的实际,提出了创建各种形式的互动式教学模式和机制,并建立课程互动的评价机制,从而实现师生"教学相长"。
The course of International Business Law not only requires teacher-student interaction in theoretical teaching, but also requires it in practical teaching. This paper, with consideration to the actual teaching interaction of the master’s International Business Law course, proposes to create various forms of interactive teaching mode and mechanism and establishes an evaluation mechanism of course interaction,so as to achieve the"teaching and learning"between teachers and students.
