基层中医外感病诊治情况的问卷调查研究

Questionnaire Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Exogenous Diseases by Primary Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners

为调查基层医生行医习惯及其对外感病就诊患者分布情况的认知和治疗行为,通过网络问卷调查的方式,在2020年2-3月进行问卷调查。用于分析的问卷共300份,发现基层医生门诊中外感病患者占比较高;基层医生能够使用多种中医辨证方法;治疗外感病擅长使用的中药有柴胡、桂枝、麻黄等;擅长使用方剂有桂枝汤、小柴胡汤、麻黄汤、葛根汤、小青龙汤等;常用中成药有小柴胡颗粒、连花清瘟胶囊、风寒感冒颗粒等;在使用中药、中成药的基础上还经常合用针灸、西医治疗、拔罐等治疗手段。认为经方医学是基层中医的核心辨证模型和主要诊疗手段,主张通过运用现代技术和手段推进经方研究。

To investigate the practice habits of primary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) practitioners and their perceptions on the distribution of patients with exogenous diseases, along with their treatment behaviors. A questionnaire survey was conducted online from February to March 2020. A total of 300 questionnaires were used for analysis, and it was found that primary TCM practitioners had a higher proportion of patients with exogenous diseases in their outpatient clinics. Primary TCM practitioners applied a variety of TCM syndrome differentiation methods. The frequently used Chinese medicines for exogenous diseases included chaihu, guizhi, and mahuang. The highly prescribed formulas were Guizhi decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Mahuang decoction, Gegen decoction, and Xiaoqinglong decoction. The commonly used Chinese patent medicines included Xiaochaihu granules, Lianhua Qingwen capsules, and Fenghan Ganmao granules. Based on prescribing Chinese medicines and Chinese patent medicines, acupuncture, western medicines, and cupping were often applied in combination. It was believed that Jingfang medicine was the core syndrome differentiation model and the main treatment tool of primary TCM practitioners. Thus, it was advisable to promote the study of Jingfang by using modern technology and means.
