摘要
鞍山某项目33号楼施工采用QTZ630塔式起重机,因该塔式起重机中心布置附着于建筑物角部,塔式起重机无法采用常规附墙。结合项目具体情况对塔式起重机非标准附墙设计并对附墙拉杆及连接墙体进行有限元数值模拟分析,验证附墙拉杆结构及附着处混凝土墙体安全可靠性。同时,对类似工程提供参考。
QTZ630 tower crane is used in the construction of building 33 of a project in Anshan.Because the center of the tower crane is arranged at the comer of the attached building,the tower crane can not use conventional wall attachment.Combined with the specific situation of the project,the non-standard attached wall design of tower crane and the finite element numerical simulation analysis of attached wall tension bar and connecting wall are carried out.Verify the safety and reliability of attached wall tension bar structure and attached concrete wall.At the same time,it provides a reference for similar projects.
